The organization is growing stronger

The commissions’ meeting was held on Saturday, February 22, and the organization was pleased to witness an exceptional level of participation from family members. All branches were represented, demonstrating a strong and promising commitment to our upcoming grand gathering.

We are delighted to count 143 international participants, including 103 from the Wichmann branch. This number reflects the significant impact this event will have on our local feti’i, further strengthening our family unity. During this meeting, we had the honor of welcoming a representative from the Wichmann branch, who, with great humility, left a meaningful mark on the organization of our gathering.

Several key topics were discussed, including:
• The progress of the gathering’s organization, with details on the upcoming steps.
• The implementation of an explanatory communication campaign to help everyone better envision and fully engage in this family event.
• The development of fundraising projects to financially support the association and cover the costs of such a large-scale event.
• The refinement of the activity program, including the island tour, the closing evening, and other key moments to share together.

Finally, a special meeting is planned between the foreign delegations of our family and a feti’i, Mr. Oscar Manutahi Temaru, who has been leading the municipality of Faa’a for nearly 42 years.

This gathering promises to be a true celebration of the bond that unites us, filled with sharing, remembrance, and transmission. We look forward to experiencing this incredible family moment together!
