- Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale (TCS) govern the contractual relationship between the Association of the Descendants of Thomas Bambridge and Maraea O’Connor and any person (hereinafter referred to as “the customer”) making a purchase through our website www.bambridgetahiti.com. These terms apply to all sales of tickets, memberships, and items offered on our website.
- Orders
Orders are placed exclusively online on our website. The customer guarantees that they are fully authorized to use the chosen payment method to pay for their order and that this payment method provides access to sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from this order.
- Event Tickets
3.1 Payment Terms
Payment by bank transfer: Bank details will be provided upon order confirmation. The customer must make the transfer within 14 working days from the order date. If payment is not made within the agreed timeframe, the order will be canceled.
Order Confirmation: The order will be confirmed and tickets will be sent by email upon receipt of full payment.
3.2 Ticket Delivery
Tickets will be sent to the email address provided by the customer when ordering. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address. The customer is invited to check the tickets upon receipt and to report any errors as soon as possible.
- Association Membership
4.1 Payment Terms
Payment by bank transfer: Bank details will be provided upon membership validation. The customer must make the transfer within 14 working days from the membership validation date.
Payment in cash: Payment can be made in cash when collecting the membership card.
4.2 Membership Validation
Membership will be validated after receipt of payment. The membership card will be handed over in person or sent by mail according to the agreement with the customer.
- Online Shop
5.1 Items Offered
We offer personalized t-shirts in the colors of the six family branches. Descriptions and images of the items are provided for informational purposes only. Colors may slightly differ from reality.
5.2 Payment Terms
Payment by bank transfer: Bank details will be provided upon order confirmation. The customer must make the transfer within 14 working days from the order date. If payment is not made within the agreed timeframe, the order will be canceled.
Payment upon order collection: Payment can be made in cash when collecting the order.
5.3 Delivery and Collection
Details of delivery or collection of the order will be communicated by email after payment confirmation. Items can be collected at [collection address] or delivered to the address provided by the customer (delivery fees apply).
- Prices
Prices are indicated in Pacific Francs “XPF” inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Any processing and shipping fees are specified to the customer before final order validation. Prices may be changed at any time, but items will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order registration.
- Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
7.1 Event Tickets
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, tickets for events are not subject to the right of withdrawal and can only be refunded in the event of cancellation by us.
7.2 Memberships and Products
The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the items to exercise their right of withdrawal and request a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Liability
We are committed to exercising all due care in the profession for the implementation of the service offered to the customer. However, our responsibility cannot be engaged in case of delay or failure to fulfill our contractual obligations if the delay or failure is due to a cause beyond our control (force majeure).
- Personal Data
The information and personal data collected during your order are necessary for the management of your purchase and our commercial relations. They may be transmitted to companies that contribute to these relations such as those responsible for the execution of services and orders for their management, execution, processing, and payment.
